The Pearl is a collection of Victorian erotica allegedly published as an underground magazine in the early part of the last century. For me it was one of the first collections of dirty stories I got my hands on, and it entertained me to no end.
The stories are serialized throughout the book, with many of them having five or six sections. They are roughly divided in half between stories that focus on spanking/caning/discipline, and more vanilla classic erotica stories with a whole lot of incest and (now) underage fucking going on. So we have a lot of young women being taught lessons by teachers and nuns with the switch, and lots of cousins fucking cousins, a few brother/sister situations, and at least one Daddy/Daughter story that I remember.
All in all, it’s a great book to flip through, easy (at least for me) to get off to, and often enjoyable to come back to. It’s big enough that I forget things, and it offers a whole lot of variation depending on my mood.
